The following investment fund managers have specific mandates for the Trust’s current investment portfolio.
Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) is a global asset management business, managing investments on behalf of institutional and retail customers. LGIM offer strategies across the full spectrum of asset classes, including equities, bonds, property, alternatives and cash, as well as multi-asset strategies. LGIM had £1.1 trillion in assets under management as at 30/06/2024. Current mandate: Index-linked gilts and Passive Equity.
Aviva Investors is a global asset manager with expertise in real estate, fixed income, equity, multi-asset and alternative investments. Aviva investment spans major markets, where they currently manage £226 billion (as at 31/03/2023). Current mandate: Long Lease Property.
Ruffer are a global investment manager with offices in London, Edinburgh, Hong Kong and Guernsey. Ruffer have assets of £20.9 billion under management (as at 31/08/2024). Current mandate: Real Return Fund.
Columbia Threadneedle are a global asset manager. Columbia has assets of US$642 billion under management (as at 30/06/2024). Current mandate: Property Unit Trust.
Partners Group is a global private markets investment manager and currently have US$149 billion in assets under management. Partners realise potential in private markets by financing and developing great companies, desirable real estate and essential infrastructure. Current mandate: Infrastructure.
Barings is a global investment manager sourcing differentiated opportunities across public and private fixed income, real estate and specialist equity markets. As at 30 June 2024, Barings have US$409 billion in assets under management. Current mandate: Private Credit.
M&G is a leading savings and investment business, managing investments for both individuals and for large institutional investors, such as pension funds, around the world. M&G have assets of £313 billion under management (as at 31/12/2023). Current mandate: Asset backed credit fund.
Schroders are a leading provider of active asset management, advisory and wealth management services. As at 30 June 2024, Schroders have $773 billion in assets under management. Current mandate: Global equities.
In accordance with Articles 59 and 60 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 (FSMA) The Golden Charter Trust has appointed an independent fund manager, Aubrey Capital Management Limited to manage the investments of the Trust. The independent fund manager does not have any mandate for, or interest in, the underlying investments.
