Myriam is a chartered management accountant with a portfolio of non-executive director roles, following a UK and international career as a finance executive. Myriam currently Chairs the Audit Committee as a board member of Invesco Asia Dragon Trust. Previous roles include board member, Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the RIIO Committee of Ofgem; board member of the International Ethical Standards Board for Accountants, the International Federation of Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Myriam was the global chair and President of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2014/15.
David Adam was the CIO of the BAE Systems Pension Fund for over a decade and more recently the Acting CIO of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation. Previously, he was the Head of UK equities at BAE Systems and the Director of UK Fund Management at Abbey National Asset Managers. Currently he is an Investment Advisor to the Miners’ Pension Scheme.
Christine holds a first class Honours degree in Economics from Manchester. She currently serves on a number of other Boards including Invesco Bond Income Plus Limited and CCLA, a specialist responsible investing asset manager, as a non-executive Director. Formerly she held a number of senior investment roles at RSA, Investec, HSBC and most recently as Head of Fixed Income at Old Mutual Global Investors.
Karyn is a qualified chartered accountant and an experienced non-executive director and audit committee chair, with a portfolio of board roles primarily in the financial services sector. Previously, Karyn was an audit partner at PwC with responsibility for leading external audits in the financial services sector as well as broader experience in financial and regulatory reporting, M&A transactions, risk and controls assignments and governance.
George is a funeral director and company director of R. Locke & Son Ltd. based in rural Warwickshire. He started working with his grandfather and father for their family business in 1995. In 2021 George become involved with SAIFCharter, including their Regulatory Working Group during the transition to FCA regulation. George has been a member of the SAIFCharter Executive since 2022.
Barry is a qualified actuary and a CFA charterholder. He recently sat on the Executive Investment Committee at Prudential M&G and was the lead fund manager for the with-profits fund. His former roles included global portfolio management responsibility for Blackrock’s flagship hedge fund and leadership of the quant and risk analysis desk at Insight Investment.
Jennifer qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC and is a graduate of Strathclyde University where she attained a first class Honours degree in Accounting and Management Science. Jennifer is an experienced risk and change management professional and has held senior roles in risk management, internal audit and organisational change at Golden Charter Limited, C&C Group plc and Circularity Scotland Ltd.
