We are the Trust fund of Golden Charter Limited (the “Company”), one of the UK’s leading providers of pre-paid funeral plans. We do, on occasion, process personal data relating to funeral plans but do so as a data processor on behalf of the Company. Your information is collected via a contact form found on our website. The contact form exists purely as a channel of communication with planholders/members of the public. The use of the contact form is not mandatory and is used at your discretion.

Who we share your personal information with
The Golden Charter Trust uses IT systems provided by the Company. If we receive an enquiry that we consider would be better dealt with by the Company, then we will pass that enquiry to the Company.
Retention period
We will process personal data for the length of time required to fulfil the purposes we collect it for and to fulfil our obligations, including for the purposes of satisfying our legal, accounting or reporting requirements. After a period of six months, we will ensure that it is disposed of in a secure manner.
